    Within 4–6 weeks, you'll receive a digital gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images—ready to share, download, and print.

Travel Requirements

  • Within 50 miles of Duluth: Travel included

  • 🚗 1–3 hours away:

    • Mileage may apply at IRS rate

    • Overnight accommodations may be required for early start or late end times

  • ✈️ Destination or Out-of-State Weddings:

    • Travel expenses including flight, hotel (2 nights minimum), and transportation must be covered

    • A custom quote will be provided based on location and travel time

Booking early helps secure affordable travel! I keep things flexible and will always aim for the most budget-conscious arrangements.

FAQs

  • On average, I deliver 50–75 fully edited images per hour of coverage. This number can vary depending on the flow of the day, size of the wedding, and what’s happening during each part of the timeline. I focus on quality, meaningful moments—not just quantity.

  • Once you confirm your interest, I’ll send over an invoice or payment request. Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.

    A 20% down payment is required to hold your spot, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the big day. This is nonrefundable if canceled.

    Need flexibility? Payment plans are available—just ask!

  • Within 4 weeks of your session date, you’ll be provided a digital gallery link.

  • What I will edit:

    • Lighting, color, and contrast adjustments

    • Background distractions (like trash cans, photobombers, etc.)

    • Light facial retouching (such as temporary acne or blemishes)

    What I won’t do:

    • Body reshaping or major facial alterations

    • Changing your appearance beyond natural retouching

    My goal is to keep you looking like you—just in the best light possible. If you have a specific request (like removing a stain or flyaway hair), just ask and I’ll let you know what’s doable!

  • Rescheduling within 30-days of your big will incur a $200 rescheduling fee.

    If you need to cancel entirely, the 20% down payment is non-refundable as it secures your spot.

    I understand that plans can change, so please reach out as soon as possible—I’ll do my best to work with you!

  • In the unlikely event of an emergency arises, I’ll arrange a trusted backup photographer. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a full refund. Your day is my top priority, and I have plans in place to ensure you're covered.
